Dear Drew, No this is not a joke - it was a genuine and verbatim recounting of the METRO story. As for getting in contact with Mr Raptopoulos, I would suggest a few discreet enquiries within the Royal College of Art. If they can't help (and art colleges are notorious for keeping a tight lid on their inner secrets) then I'm sure the British Standards Institution should be able to point you in the right direction. If all else fails you could try getting in touch with Metro themselves.
